Return & Warranty

Unfortunatly it can happen that a product doesn't fit or meet your expectations. It can also happen that the product has a defect. Here you can read what to do. 


Return an order

Do you wish to return an order? To proces your return we have set up the following conditions:

1 According to the law koop op afstand you have 14 days to return after receiving your order. Within these 14 days you have time to think wether you want to keep the product or sent it back. When you can't sent the product back within 14 days, please contact us to find the best solution. 

2 The costs to return the order are on your account and risk. Because of this responsibility we strongly recommend to check out the policy for loss and damage that is relevant for the chosen shipper.

Did you receive a wrong or damaged product? Please contact our customer service for an returnlabel. We will solve the issue the best way possible!

3 You are able to sent the product back by using the returnlabel, which is provided within the package of your order. You can sent the package to the wollowing adres:

4 We pay the money back within 14 days after submitting your return. 

5 We have the right to hold you accountable for any loss in value of the product, caused by using the product in other ways then intended. 

We strongly recommend to be handle the products with care. This will always prevent problems! 

6 When the returned products are received by Tenkateshop.com  and the conditions are met we will start processing your return. When the conditions are met, we will pay the money back as soon as possible within 14 days. When we have any questions we will contact you.

Received a damaged article?

Did you receive a damaged article? We ask you to return the article as soon as possible and contact us within atleast 14 days by sending an e-mail to: webteam@tenkateshop.com

Please write down your phone number in the e-mail so we can contact you during the day. When we have any additional questions we can call to proces your request quicker. 

Are there any faults on the article after 14 days? Then your article will be processed as warranty.

Warranty & Repair

We have a general warranty of 1 year on almost all our products, specific product groups might be excluded. Our warranty department depends on the supplier of the product. We only act as intermediate between the supplier and consumer. The decision about replacement, return of money or repair is not up to Ten Kate Motoren to make. Nevertheless we will always do our best to help you in the best way possible and look for a proper solution.  

Do you think you have the right to receive warranty? Please sent an e-mail to garantie@tenkateshop.com and describe the faults of the product clearly, adding pictures helps a lot aswell. Always provide your phonenumber within the e-mail so we can contact you during the day. Because almost all our suppliers are located in foreign countries, it is possible that the warranty proces can take quite some time.
